At Colony Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., we pride ourselves on keeping our residents connected through events and activities. We are proud of our community engagement, and through our website and mobile app, we keep everyone informed about area happenings, maintenance, security, events, and more.
Colony Lake is a mixed-use community composed of row and duplex style townhomes, and detached homes. We are pet friendly with amenities that include a central private lake, two playgrounds, tennis courts and abundant green space.
